83, of Bridgewater, passed away March 16, 2017, in Shoreham Village, Chester. Born in Pinegrove, he was a son of the late Gertrude and Albert (Woodworth) Joudrey. William was a devoted Lifetime member of Conquerall Bank Fire Department. His employment began at Walter Bolivar Mill in Dayspring and then at Bowater Mersey Mill. He then moved on to Allan Demones Service station, where he was a mechanic for 35 years, retiring in 1994. An avid Ox Teamster and hobby farmer, he loved the ox pulls at the South Shore Exhibition. In his younger years, he enjoyed dances, variety shows and camping. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, and great-grandfather and was always there when you needed him.. Surviving are his wife, Frances; son Wayne (Janette); daughters Brenda (Scott), Yvonne (Clinton); brother Charlie; grandchildren Andrea (Troy), Shane (Crystal), Chantal (Julian), Chance, Christopher; great-grandchildren Lily, Isiah, Jasmine, Carson, Maxwell, Rozlyn, Weston, Lexi, Scarlett; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother George. The family will receive friends from 7-9pm Tuesday in R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville, and also where Memorial Service will be held 1:00pm Wednesday. Rev. Willis Ott Officiating. Interment will be held at a later date. A reception will be held immediately following the service at the Conquerall Bank Fire Hall. No flowers by request.
