BARKHOUSE, Devin Jared Mason

It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Devin Barkhouse, age 36, of Frenchmen Butte, Saskatchewan, on July 27, 2022.

Devin grew up in Lunenburg County until he was 20, when he ventured to Western Canada in search of greater opportunities. He worked with Precision Drilling for 15 years where he had started a career and life for himself and in time, his family. He had a passion for outdoor adventures including hunting, four-wheeling and sledding, fishing the lakes and rivers around Saskatchewan and his horse “Big Red”.

Devin loved his two children, Peyton and Mason with all his heart. He will be sadly missed by many, including his family who always supported him from afar in Nova Scotia.

He is survived by his children Peyton and Mason; mother, Nancy Mason; father, Jared (Wanda); brother, Shea (Emma): grandmother, Genevieve; the mother of his children, Shelby Fiddler.

 He was predeceased by his grandparents, Pauline and Stanley Mason, and grandfather, Loris Barkhouse.

 Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
