SHEAVES, Roselia Lillian

It is with great sadness that the family of Roselia Lillian Sheaves, 85, of Halifax and formerly of Lunenburg, announce her passing on Sunday, November 28, 2021, at Northwood Care Home in Halifax.

Born in Lunenburg, she was a daughter of the late Russell and Beulah (Whynacht) Kenney.

Affectionately known as Teta to her family and friends, Roselia worked at Zwickers variety store in her youth and as a Sunday school teacher for many years at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Lunenburg. She lived for her family and was a perfect wife, mother and grandmother.

Roselia is survived by her daughter, Louise (Melba) Blunden, Dartmouth; son, Gregory (Angela), Dartmouth; grandchildren, Christopher, Candice, Kyle, Skylar, Taylor, Stephanie, Kate; great-grandchildren, Caden, Lilly, Soleil, Khloe.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, George; brothers, Gerald, Weldon.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213, Highway 3, Lunenburg. A private family graveside service will be held in Hillcrest Cemetery, Lunenburg.
