PENTZ, Helen May

Age 92, Bridgewater, NS, passed away on November 15, 2019 at Harbour View Haven, Lunenburg, NS. Born in Stanley Section, Lunenburg County, Helen was the daughter of the late Maurice and Mabel (Mader) Carver. Helen is survived by daughters Sheila and Sharon Pentz, Halifax; sisters-in-law, Doris Carver, Port Hood; and Phyllis Linden, Lunenburg; and several nieces and nephews. Helen was predeceased by husband Robert Ross Pentz; stepmother Mildred (Zwicker) Carver; brothers Wilfred, Bert Leroy "Roy", and Maurice Jr.; sisters Majorie, Jean and Anne; and sisters-in-law Carrie Carver and Marie Carver. Honouring Helen's request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place under the direction of R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, with burial in Brookside cemetery, Bridgewater, at a later date.
