Seafoam, rocks and seaweed were scattered about on to coastal roads and parking lots. Here, in Crescent Beach, well, there was no beach and seafoam was whipped up over the rocks Sept. 16 as wind from post-tropical storm Lee cruised through the province. The highest recorded wind speed was at the Robert Stanfield airport, clocking in at 117 km/h. The Lunenburg area recorded about 109 km/h at its peak.
