Music fills the air at annual Folk Harbour Music Festival

LUNENBURG - Thousands of music fans gathered in Lunenburg Aug. 10 to 13 to hear some top-notch, award-winning folk music singers and song writers at the 38th annual Lunenburg Folk Harbour Music Festival.

Along with the concerts held at venues located throughout the town, there were also several workshops, a songwriters' and emerging artists camps that were facilitated as well.

The event is hosted each year by the Lunenburg Folk Harbour Society, a volunteer-run, non-profit organization.

This year's theme was, The Power of Song.
