A 31-year-old man was arrested January 2 in Liverpool for an attempted robbery dating back to December 2, 2016. Queens District RCMP arrested Timothy Moore without incident.
The robbery attempt was on a convenience store in Liverpool. Police kept the file open and became aware of information that led to the arrest, according to a RCMP news release.
Moore has been charged with robbery, wearing a disguise with intent to commit an indictable offence, possession of a weapon [with] dangerous purpose to the public, and mischief.
He was remanded into custody following his arrest and will be appearing in Bridgewater Provincial Court on January 4.
