BENTLEY, Jane Elizabeth

Age, 75, Western Shore, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017, surrounded by loved ones, following a brave struggle with cancer. Born in Dartmouth, Jane was the daughter of Austin and Ruth Bentley. She is survived by her loving husband, Gerry Box; her brothers, Merrick and Benjamin; her daughters, Anne Fletcher and Kristine Leppard; her son, Andrew Leppard; grandchildren, Mikaela and Mitchell. Jane was an active member of the South Shore Ukelele Players, from which she will be sorely missed. She also participated in the Maritime Motorcycle Touring Association, Bridgewater. The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to the Doctors and Nurses or ward 4100-4031 at South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. There will not be a visitation or service at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jane's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or VON Lunenburg County Homecare.
