DENNIS, Ruby

Ruby Dennis, 77, of Martin’s Point, passed away on February 21, 2021 at SSRH, Bridgewater. Ruby will be remembered as a lovable woman with a fiery heart. She worked as a PCW at Mahone Nursing Home and loved Bingo and Pepsi. Cranking George Jones, singing, coffee, and chatting with her friends and family were the simple things she enjoyed. She loved the colour black, animal print, Noxzema, and lipstick. She cherished her family and enjoyed telling stories of when she was a little girl and how she met the love of her life, Adin. Ruby’s legacy was to be kind and to love people, not things. Ruby is survived by her daughters Cindy, Sherry, Shelly, and Andrea, and her son Tommy. She has many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her father Frank, mother Florence, beloved grandmother Lucy, grandson Andrew, sister Judy, daughter Bonnie, and husband Adin. Cremation has taken place and a service with her children will be arranged at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to Crohn’s and Colitis Canada.
