It is with great sadness that the family of Delores Edna Boudreau, 81, of Lunenburg, announces her passing on Thursday, October 19, 2017, at Harbour View Haven Home for Special Care, Lunenburg. Born in Arichat, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Estelle (Joyce) Landry. Delores had an active and varied working life in Petit-de-Grat and Lunenburg. She was a welcome and familiar face where she was employed in earlier years at Harbour View Haven, the Lunenburg Day Care, Lunenburg Library and Kinley’s Drug Store. Delores always wanted to fulfil her lifelong dream of operating her own business so she opened up Dee Bee’s Bits and Pieces on Lincoln Street. She enjoyed the interchange of creative ideas with her customers. She spent her final working years at Frenchy’s happily chatting with all the people she served. Having a great love for carpentry, Dolores spent many hours on her carpentry projects and enjoying time spent in her garden. She was a member of St. Norbert’s Roman Catholic Church in Lunenburg. Among all her pursuits over the years, family remained the most important part of her life and she shared and supported each and every one in their endeavours.
