96, formerly of Chelsea but recently residing in Mahone Bay Nursing Home, passed away March 2, 2020. Born March 18, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Jennie (Wentzell) Mailman. Marjorie is survived by sons, Charles (Yvonne), Newcombville; Garry, Mahone Bay; Jeffrey (Krista), Chelsea; daughters, Gloria (Byron), Bridgewater; Linda (Rodger), Bridgewater; Heather (Wayne), Cookville; Patricia (Warren); Conquerall Mills; and daughter-in-law, Heather, Chelsea; she was the treasured grandmother of Neil Winters, Lesia West, Robin Moore, Annette Demond, Pamela Demond, Angela Robar, Nancy MacLaughlin, Tracy Eisner, Jason Carver, Jessica Lawlor, Amanda Robar, Ashley Robar-Matheson, Kayla Robar, Alex Robar; she was great-grandmother to Robyn and Michael West, Mackenzie and Camden Kelly, Kaitlyn Eisner, Charlie MacLaughlin, Taylor and Logan Carver and Adalyn Matheson; she is also survivied by brother, Donald, Chelsea, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Delbert; sons, Gerald (in infancy) and Roger; great-granddaughter, Morgan Eisner; sisters, Thelma Oickle, Inez and Rosalie Mailman; brothers, Russell, Doran, Bruce, Louie and Marshall Mailman. She lived her life in Chelsea taking care of her family. She welcomed and enjoyed all who came into her life, even making new friends in her years at the nursing home, especially her roommate, Emily Rose and her family. She showed her love by making many meals for family and friends. She was young at heart, always ready to play games, especially card games, and nothing brought a bigger smile to her face than winning a game of cribbage. Public visitation was held March 5 from 7 to 9 p.m. with funeral services held at 11 a.m. in Chelsea Baptist Church, Pastor Catharine Uhlman officiating. Burial in Maple Grove Cemetery.
