WAGNER (Wile), Iris Julia

WAGNER, (Wile), Iris Julia- Hemford, Lunenburg County, passed away at Rosedale Home For Special Care on Saturday Evening, June 24, 2017, just hours before her 95th Birthday. She was a daughter of the late Lawson and Idella (Eisnor) Wile. Iris and her husband Basil owned and operated a store in Hemford for 27 years, from 1944-1971. She was a member of Emmanuel United Church in Hemford. Surviving are her son Garnet, Hemford; nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Basil in 2003; brothers Claude, Ellis (Connie), Vernon (Grace), all of Hemford, Oscar (Joyce), Ontario; sisters Lillian (Mervyn) Wile, Ontario, Verna (Norman) Smith, Mildred (Melvin) Silver, both of Hemford. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Service and Interment will be held at a later date. Memorial Donations may be made to Emmanuel United Church, Hemford or Hemford and District Fire Department.
