GATES, Obie William

Age 82, passed away June 19, 2017. Born in Blandford, he was a son of the late Granville and Mae (Baker). He is survived by his wife, Goldie (Wentzell) Gates of Bridgewater; daughter, Brenda Zinck of Chester; son, Darren (Martha) of Blockhouse; granddaughters, Tara (James) of Dartmouth; Leeann and Kaitlyn Zinck of Blandford; grandson, Kirkland Gates of Martins River; sister, Annie Swinemar of Ontario; brother, Russell Gates of Chester and brother-in-law, Wayne Devers of British Columbia.
