OICKLE, Troy Edward

Age 55, passed away peacefully at home on June 23, 2020 with his wife by his side after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born on December 18, 1964 in Bridgewater N.S. Troy was very active, he loved water sports, farming, hunting, his puppies, singing and playing guitar and he also loved working in the woods. He dabbled in welding, mechanical work, some taxidermy and worked construction for many years! Troy is survived by his wife, Beatrice (Brushett); father, Samuel; mother, Patricia (Penny); sister, Wendy (Wyatt); brothers, Trevor ( Millie) and Chad; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. A very special thanks to Dr. Debra Gowan and Nurse Noeleen Reilly at palliative care for all their care and support. As to Troy's request there will be no service, in lieu of flowers and donations can be made to the cancer or heart and lung foundations.
