DEMONE, Shirley Marie

Age 68, New Germany, Lunenburg Co., passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2017, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in New Germany, she was a daughter of the late John Oswald Russell and Alma Pauline (Joudrey) Russell Dorey. Shirley loved the simple things in life, her gardens, animals and the outdoors. Surviving are her sons, Glen Demone (Fern), Sudbury; Gregory (Wanda) Demone, Wileville; Geoffrey, North River; grandchildren, Tyler, Emma and Brooke; sisters, Eva (Mervin) Zinck, New Germany; Barbara Lohnes, North River; Judy (Gregory) Whynot, Springfield; brothers, Lester (Elaine) Russell, Springfield; William Russell, Cookville; Graham Russell, Wembley, Alb.; many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date. No flowers by request, donations may be made to the New Germany and Area Lions Club or charity of choice.
