FEENER, Nita Mae

96, of Dartmouth, passed away on October 16, 2022, in Dartmouth General Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Roland and Maude Meisner.

Mom will always be remembered for her delicious homemade bread which she loved to share with family, friends, neighbours and church bake sales. She loved decorating for Christmas and spent endless hours making personalized Easter Baskets. She loved Charley Pride and Gene Autry. She will be missed by her cat Sheba.

She is survived by her children Don (Theresa), Wendy (Rick) and Tanya (Gregg); eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; sisters Betty, Faye and Bernadette; brother Jack.

She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Don, and son Bernie and his partner Oliver; sisters Helen, Blanche, Molly, Marguerite, Mildred, Verna, and Flora; brothers Bernard, Harry, Leigh, Carl, Murray, and Don. Also predeceased by lifetime friends, Ron and Joan Farquhar and her beloved dog Abby.

Graveside service was held on October 24, 2022.
