Kaylea Heather (Stewart) Savory; Harley James Watson Savory; Hendrix Peter Philip Savory

Words are inadequate to describe the grief and unimaginable sadness of family in the passing of Kaylea Heather (Stewart) Savory and her sons Harley and Hendrix Savory at their home in Auburndale on February 19, 2022.

Born in Halifax, Kaylea was the daughter of Jim (Joeann) Stewart of Hubbards and the late Deborah (Demone) Stewart. Born in Bridgewater, Harley and Hendrix were the sons of Kirk Savory of Bridgewater.

Kaylea and her sons, Harley and Hendrix were gifted to a large and extended family and will be profoundly missed by all. Kaylea’s family members include, Kaylea’s fiancé, Anthony St. Hilaire, and his son, Lochlan; father, Jim (Joeann) Stewart, Hubbards; brother, James (Melanie) Stewart, Saint John; nephew and niece, Nathaniel and Mia; maternal grandmother, Catherine Demone, Lunenburg; step siblings Claire Coulter (Chris) and Duncan (Tiffany) Coulter, many aunts, uncles and cousins; and Kaylea’s soul sister, Sam Fiander.

Harley and Hendrix are survived by their father, Kirk Savory (Jessica), Kirk’s stepdaughter Ariah, Bridgewater; grandparents, Kirk (Rose) Strowbridge; Margie Savory (Ricky); great-grandmother Melinda Savory, Lunenburg; Kirk’s siblings, April (Cody) Clarke, Jessica (Nicholas) Francis, Tracey (Chris) Hodder, Peter Savory; Michael Savory, Jesse Benteau, Jordan Benteau and their families.

Kaylea was predeceased by her mother Deborah (Demone) Stewart; her grandparents Jim and Barb Stewart; Hendrix and Harley were predeceased by their great-grandfather Watson Savory.

Kaylea, Harley and Hendrix were also predeceased in the fire by Anthony’s daughter Kinsley whom they deeply adored.

Funeral Arrangements were under the direction of the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213 Highway 3, Lunenburg. A service to celebrate the lives of Kaylea and her sons, Harley and Hendrix was held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at the Bluenose Academy School, 18 Tannery Rd., Lunenburg.

In lieu of flowers in memory of Kaylea, memorial donations may be made to Mental Health Association of Nova Scotia, in memory of Harley to the Lunenburg Skate Board Park and in memory of Hendrix to SHAID Tree Animal Shelter or to a charity of your choice.
