MAILMAN, Elizabeth “Betty” Jean (Morgan)


Age 93 of Lunenburg, passed away peacefully October 15, 2017, in Harbour View Haven Nursing Home, Lunenburg. Born in Bridgewater, she was a daughter of the late Cecil and Elva (Dean) Morgan. Betty had many fond memories of her years spent working in various locations such as the V&V Canteen, Sally Shop and Holmes Dry Goods. She was an avid reader, loved to cross stitch and as well, had a love for producing handmade ceramic crafts. Betty is survived by daughter, Carol (Thomas) Zwicker, Auburndale; grandchildren, Beth (Glen Creamer) Richardson; Heather (Scott) Baker; Jennifer DiPaolo; Matthew Zwicker; great-grandchildren, Reilly Creamer, Cole Baker, Carson Baker, Sofia DiPaolo and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Clifford Mailman; daughter, Ann Richardson; sister, Louise Morgan; brothers Meade Morgan, Edward Morgan and Paul Morgan. There will be no visitation at the funeral home by request. A celebration of life will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, October 21 in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. The family wish to extend special thanks to the staff of Harbour View Haven Nursing Home for their care and kindness during Betty’s time spent there. Family flowers only, please.
