TUFTS, Ethel "Pearle"

Hemford / Bridgewater. With broken hearts we announce the passing of our dear mother, Pearle, at the age of 96, on August 21, 2020 at Hillside Pines Home For Special Care. Born April 27, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Leland "Pat" and Grace (Eisner) Burns ( Barss Corner). She is survived by her daughter, Lynda (Robert) Veinot, Nineveh; son, Ian (Daphney) Tufts, Hebbville; brother, Donald (Liz) Burns, Liverpool; sister-in-law, Ila Vidito, Nictaux; grandchildren, Cheri (Michael Dagley) Veinot, Dublin Shore; Nova (Tracy) Veinot, Lower Branch; Robbie Veinot, Bridgewater; great grandchildren, Devon Veinot, Pinehurst; Chance Veinot, Dartmouth; Michael Veinot, Nineveh. She had many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. She was predeceased by her husband, Guy Tufts; brothers, Gerald Burns, Lorimer Burns, Herbert Burns, Harold Burns and Wesley Burns; sisters, Marjorie Burns, Glenna Baker, Elsie Gilbert, Virginia McKean. There will be a private family burial in Simpsons Corner at a later date. Donations may be made to Hillside Pines Home For Special Care Recreational Fund.
