It is with great sadness that the family of Diane Elaine Creaser, 72, of Riverport announces her passing on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, at the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax, with her family by her side. Born in Feltzen South, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Luetta (Zellars) Corkum. In her early years, Diane worked for Riverport Seafoods before staying home to raise her family which was her pride and joy. She enjoyed shopping, gardening, baking and helping with the church suppers at Trinity United Church where she was a member. She adored her Siamese cats, Simon and Baby, but nothing could match the love and devotion she felt for her family. The faithful support she gave to her children and grandchildren in all their endeavors will be deeply missed and they will cherish their memories of her always. Her tremendous strength and courage will be instilled in all her loved ones forever. Diane is survived by her husband, William “Billy;” daughter, Darlene (Tom) Mills, Riverport; son, Marc (Tami), Bayport; grandchildren, Katelyn, Scott (Melanie), Max; great-granddaughter, Hailey; brother, Sherman (Mary Ann) Corkum, Feltzen South and her life-long family friend, Eugene Massey.
