Thieves target sailboat moored near Shore Club in Hubbards

A laptop computer, iPhones, and car keys are among the items thieves made off with from a sailboat moored near the Shore Club in Hubbards.

Halifax District RCMP is investigating after the owners went ashore around 11 p.m. on June 30, and returned three hours later only to find numerous items stolen from their boat. The thieves also stole clothing and alcohol.

It appears the suspect or suspects entered through a small hatch on the boat that was not locked.
