Thieves steal some $15,000 of tires, rims from Hebbville car dealership

Tires and rims from six new pickup trucks were stolen from a Hebbville car dealership on Highway 3 on September 23.

Lunenburg District RCMP say the trucks were jacked up sometime between 10 p.m. and 11:15 p.m. to remove the tires and rims valued at over $15,000 altogether.

RCMP investigators and the Forensic Ident Unit were brought in to investigate.

Police are continuing to investigate and are viewing surveillance camera footage from the area. The RCMP have determined that three males were involved in the thefts and they used a pickup truck to remove the stolen items from the area.
