South Shore Nova Scotia Museum sites closed until further notice

by Keith Corcoran

Four facilities in Lunenburg and Queens counties are among Nova Scotia Museum sites closing to the public until further notice due to COVID-19 concerns.

This includes Ross Farm Museum in New Ross, the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic in Lunenburg, Bridgewater's Wile Carding Mill, and the Perkins House Museum in Liverpool.

Recent guidance from public health officials helped prompt the decision, announced March 13 by the province's Department of Communities, Culture and Heritage.
